Jar in Jar is an original Vague project that explores the jar as a format for food. In collaboration with like-minded creators, we present a seasonal selection of jams, spices, pickles, and other preserves, available for a limited time.
Developed in Vague’s test kitchen through an experimental and open-ended approach, each product reflects the inspirations and ingredients of the moment.
At an organic fig farm located about 20 minutes from Vague, we have given new life to unripe green figs that would otherwise be discarded, transforming them into pickles.
