This simple tableware series is stackable and designed as a standard set suitable for everyday use around the world.
Designer Teruhiro Yanagihara took inspiration from the natural phenomena that inevitably occur during the porcelain glazing process, proposing a design in which the beauty of completeness and imperfection coexist. Rooted in the long-held Japanese sensibility that beauty resides in imperfection, he embraces the unevenness of glaze—once regarded as a flaw in Arita—and transforms it into a defining expression of the tableware.
