From June to July 2025, Vague Kobe hosted the exhibition “Ronde”, welcoming Oficina, a food design studio based in Amsterdam.
The Hemp Napkin is an original item by Oficina, introduced to our selection following this collaboration. It was designed to accompany a variety of everyday moments, from daily meals to tea ceremonies and other gatherings around the table.
Created in collaboration with Dutch designer Carol Baijings, the piece reflects her distinctive sensitivity to color, pattern, and graphic composition, expressed through thoughtful details throughout the design.
Each napkin was handcrafted in Amsterdam with 100% Dutch hemp, created from an exclusive deadstock fabric, originally used for upholstery. You can use this napkin to set your table, to cushion bread in a basket, or as a tea towel. We occasionally use these ourselves at dinner events we cater for. Sold individually.
